Leadership
role in the Business Development & Sales
function. The candidate will be developing
and managing long-term, strategic partnerships
with senior managers in large organizations.
Responsibilities include:

Develop
revenue for our Consulting and Education
service lines and achieving identified
sales targets

Travel
to conduct client meetings - often delivering
presentations
-
Write
professional, solution-based proposals
that address the needs of our clients
-
Understand
and negotiate contract terms
-
Assist
in establishing marketing plans to achieve
the company's objective for revenue, profit
and market share in the respective services.

Analyze
company's marketing programs and find ways
to increase effectiveness
This
positions require the ability to work independently
as well as effectively within the team of
consultants to deliver as per customer’s
requirement. The successful candidates should
have:

A
minimum of 4 years of related sales and
account management experience with demonstrated
increasing responsibility
-
Experience
in an IT company selling consulting services
and/or education services would be a distinct
asset
-
Excellent
written and verbal communication skills
-
Willing
to take challenges , innovative and a self
initiative
-
A
solid understanding of the IT marketplace
-
A
good sales track record is essential.
