Thin-slicing entails the gathering and analysis
of a representative sub-set of data that indicates
the current state of the organization. This will
offer a potential direction to reach the objective.

| Initiation
Initiation entails creating a baseline of the
current processes and designing the appropriate
implementation process. Based on this baseline
a frontier (ideal state) is determined and a
roadmap with steps and deliverables created.

| Mobilization
Mobilization consists of Fast-start workshops
and foundation education as well as specialized
induction training for project or program leaders. |

Journey
This consists of the unfreezing of the organization.
Implementation of the planned approach using Agilità’s
directed design, adopt-and-go processes or customized
blueprints. |

| Coalescence
/ CPI
In this phase, we reset the organization through
the implementation of practitioner training,
rounding out the organizational change management
and implementing a buddy-system that attaches
experienced consultants to the client’s
personnel to offer support and guidance after
the project has completed. This module is concluded
with a second baseline that establishes the
new level of performance. |

foundation and advanced training. We offer online,
blended or classroom training. |

Improving an organization’s performance
